Your Newborn's Safety
When you hire me to photograph your newborn, you aren't just hiring me to take pictures of your baby, you're enlisting me to help you preserve a fleeting moment in time. You're also trusting that I will place your baby's safety above all else. I am honored to take on this responsibility, and I am humbled by every new mama who invites me into her home during this sacred time. I've been photographing babies since 2013, my style is clean and simple, and I aim to take images of newborns that will withstand the test of time.
Lennah Press, LLC is licensed and insured in the state of Virginia, and I will place your baby's safety as my top priority.
Questions to Ask Your Newborn Photographer
If you're shopping around for a newborn photographer, I encourage you to ask potential photographers the following questions:
How many years have you been working as a newborn photographer and approximately how many babies have you handled up to this point?
Have you received any newborn specific posing training?
Will my newborn be supported by human hands in all upright positions as well as any poses requiring suspension?
Do you work with an assistant or provide spotters at your newborn sessions? If not, will you allow me to spot my baby during a session?
What will happen in the case of illness, your own or otherwise?
Are you currently up to date on the necessary vaccines needed when working with a pregnant or newborn population?
